Modis identified a need to complete a project for a global broadcasting company where the expectations of their consultancy partner had fallen short of both delivery and expectation. As a result, the ServiceNow modules in question were left without the desired workflow functionality. The customer was reluctant to spend more to put the system right, which defeated the object of the project.
